By accessing and using Adnesty ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Adnesty is an advertising network platform that connects publishers with advertisers. Publishers can monetize their website traffic, while advertisers can reach targeted audiences through various ad formats.

3. Publisher Terms

  • You must own or have legal rights to the websites where you display ads
  • Websites must contain original, legal content and comply with all applicable laws
  • You may not click on your own ads or encourage others to do so
  • You may not place ads on pages with illegal, adult, violent, or hateful content
  • Smart Links must only be shared on legitimate platforms and not through spam
  • Minimum payout is $5 for PayPal, $10 for Wise and Crypto
  • Payments are processed weekly via PayPal, Wise, or Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)
  • API usage must comply with rate limits and not be used for malicious purposes
  • We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraud is detected

4. Advertiser Terms

  • All advertising content must comply with our advertising policies
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your targeting settings
  • Minimum deposit is $50
  • Unused funds are non-refundable after 90 days of account inactivity
  • We reserve the right to reject or pause any campaign that violates our policies

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal products or services
  • Adult or pornographic content
  • Malware, phishing, or deceptive content
  • Copyright infringing material
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Gambling (where prohibited by law)

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, any outstanding balance below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adnesty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
